Program Overview:
Advanced Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence is a topic many talk about and organizations are seeking ways to harness its potential, while many fear its risks. This course aims to introduce the participants to Advanced Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, so that they can both use these tools in their audits and understand the opportunities and risks, and hence audit them. We will cover the use and limitations of these methods, present in detail five methods, including data preparation and interpretation of results, as well as tools. We will also cover metrics as well as applications, transparency and explainability, we will discuss developments and their pitfalls and give ideas and tips on auditing Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Data Analytics and relevant controls.
Target audience:
Chief audit executives, audit managers, auditors-in-charge, senior and staff auditors, junior auditors and professionals working in other control functions (Compliance Units, External Auditors, Members of the Board, Audit Committee members, Security Professionals, Risk Management, Line and Senior Managers, Team Leaders, etc.) wishing to understand the potential and limitations of Artificial Intelligence and either use it, or devise controls to minimize its risk and enhance is benefits.
