International Internal Audit Awareness Month 2022

Dear members,

As you all know, May is designated as the International Internal Audit Awareness Month, and all over the world events take place, to advocate the Internal Audit profession. The IIA, together with the National Internal Audit Institutes celebrate Internal Audit accomplishments and elevate the profession through all available channels.

This year IIA, to support the Development of internal auditors, will offer a 20% discount on Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) application and exam registration fees for IIA members.

They have developed the following resources to support your outreach and awareness activities:  

  • Digital ads, promotional copy, and a toolkit for Internal Audit Awareness Month (access)
  • A marketing toolkit for the 20% savings on CIA and CRMA in May (access)
